We stumbled upon this quaint inn 4 years ago and have returned every year since. the manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. the breakfast offers a delightful selection. the balcony view is stunning, and the pool is a refreshing treat. the location is ideal, with easy access to Captain Zack's and charming beach shops. the boat tour to see wild ponies is a must-do activity.

Can just recommend this hotel.

Nice pool, parking on-site. Brand-new room and delicious breakfast to start the day. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Had marvellous and peaceful location on the bay, close to Horse.

Its location was great, just next door to a pier that extends into the channel in downtown Chincoteague and the channel in downtown Chincoteague and Chincoteague, which is such a great base for the nearby Assateague National Park and beach. It also was near everything.

Friendly and helpful staff make this place welcoming. It's a great spot to start your adventures around here. 🌟

The room was cozy with a fantastic view from the balcony. Sitting there, sipping coffee and watching the sunset made our evenings so special. the beds were super comfy, and having a mini-fridge and microwave made it easy to enjoy snacks. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for a family getaway!

The coffee at breakfast was disappointing and not up to par, but others might enjoy it.

Had a real good stay on vacation. the breakfast was delicious and incredibly nice for late risers; the staff was caring. the location of the property was quiet. Such a great base for the nearby Assateague National Park and the beach. Clarehall Shopping Centre was 2 miles away from the property.

The booked room was reasonably large and newly remodeled with a full kitchen. There were a microwave and a fridge in the room too. the location was perfect and stunning, very close to everything yet off the main drag.

This place offers good-sized rooms with pretty views and fresh towels, and has attentive staff in an absolutely perfect and stunning location just a short walk from Alligator Alley.

The hotel is in a stunning location. We were so close to restaurants in town and Chincoteague. Such a great base for the nearby Assateague National Park and beach.

I really enjoyed the beautiful views and the comfortable room I stayed in. the location was perfect for relaxing by the water, and while the staff could have been friendlier, they were doing their best given the situation.

The hotel was in a favourable location really close to carnival, restaurants, shops, grocery store, Assateague National Park. I have stayed in a king room with lovely views and a rollaway bed for 4 nights.
